The majority of Ampeg Pro Series heads feature multi-tube preamps (not a single 12AX7 like many competitors), 5-position mid frequency selection, and Neutrik Speak-On? connectors that lock and provide better conductivity.

The New SVT-6PRO features a total of 6 tubes in the preamp and driver stages for tone shaping. The 4-band semi-parametric EQ section offers +/-18dB of adjustment per band selection for fine tuning critical frequencies. The power section delivers 1100 watts of power at 4 ohms. It also features on-board Compression at the input stage, and a Tube Voltage control to adjust the response of the power amp driver tubes.

This combo offers two 10 in. Neodymium GNX10250 loudspeakers and compression tweeter in a lightweight 41 lb. enclosure. The punch and clarity of the cabinet design, working in tandem with the articulate response of the Shuttle 60 amplifier, makes this model a powerhouse combo capable of delivering on any stage.

In addition to new chassis graphics ? featuring the SWR logo badge in classic chrome ? the 750x has inherited 2 popular effects circuits from the SWR Mo' Bass: SubWave (which produces a clean, pure and accurate octave effect) and Overdrive (which affects the pre-amp's 12AX7 tube to create overdrive that can be as subtle as a classic "flip top" or as nasty as a half stack).

You'll find the WT550 Traveler to be unsurpassed in the market for its compact size. The WT550 Traveler, is a hybrid tube design rated at 620 watts at 2 Ohms with a minimum of 3dB of headroom. Standard features include: low noise compact design, -12dB input pad, switchable automatic compression, five-way semi-parametric tone control, mono pre and stereo post tone control effects loops, stereo aux inputs, DI out with ground lift, headphone out, tuner out, and a thermostatically controlled fan.
